Musical Meditation: The Music itself Guides the Meditation. This music designed to bring us deeper into our Interior Space, our Is-ness. Musical Meditation

Ecstatic Dance: I do dj sets, and also live sets with lots of drumming. i like to manage many drum tracks to get intense builds. This is a kind of dancing where one can just let go and feel however. I like doing these live sets because i can just jam, it’s interactive & sets a very dynamic connection. Also very fun to have guest musicians. Ecstatic Dance  1  2

Guided Meditation: As is typical for the genre, I work with different themes. Starting with Grounding, Chakra Meditation. Themes including Trusting the Universe, Elemental Meditations, Connecting with the High Self, Connecting with Source. Being present with Gaia. Guided Meditation

Devotional Mantras & Cosmic Drones:  Chill/Mantra Music
